SHIPPING

We know you want your goods STAT !  
We aim to process and ship all orders Monday to Thursday from our Gold Coast Warehouse.
During Sale or Promotion periods, our order volume can be quite high, so please allow a couple of extra days to receive your goods.
Free Domestic Shipping when you spend over $200.00 in one transaction after any discounts are applied.
Free International Shipping when you spend over $250 in one transaction after any discounts are applied.
For any Australian Orders under $200 our Flat Fee Shipping rate is $10.95, this includes Tracked Postage.
An Express Shipping Option is available for $14.95
Bulky items from our Eco Store is based on weight.
Pick up option is available for Local Customers - make sure you select “Pick Up’ at the Delivery Option.
Pick up Orders are usually ready to collect within 24 hours - you will be emailed a notification when good are ready.

TRACKING

All orders come with a Tracking Number which will be emailed to you once your order has been Dispatched.
If you have not received this with 72 hours - please send us an email and we can chase it up for you - hello@haloandhorns.com.au

DELIVERY TIMES

If your items are in stock and are not a Pre-Order Item - then we aim to package and dispatched from our Warehouse within 24 hours.
Standard Shipping within Australia takes 1-7 working days.
Standard International Shipping takes 3-12 working days.

 

Please Note: Once you order has left our Warehouse, it is the responsibility of Australia Post.
If your order has not been delivered within the above time frame - then please contact Australia Post using the below link - make sure you have your Tracking Number details ready.

RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND


If you change your mind or have purchased the wrong size, which we know can happen, you may be eligible for a Refund, Exchange or Credit within 30 days of purchase.
If we are not notified or your item is not returned within 30 days of your purchase date - then your items will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
All Returned Postage is at the cost of the Sender.
To be eligible for a Return, your item must be Unused, in Original Packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 
To complete your return, Please download and print our Returns Form. 
This Form needs to be completed and returned with your items. 
Return address is on the form. Please ONLY return to this address.

Items WILL NOT be Refunded, Exchanged or Credited if:
  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Full Priced Items

Your options are:
  • Refund: Total Cost less a 10% Restocking Fee. If your order was eligible for Free Shipping, then your refund will also be less our $9.95 Shipping Fee. 
  • Exchange: Items can be exchange to the value of the Total Cost + $9.95 shipping fee will apply to have the items reposted back to you. You will not be eligible for Free Postage on your returned order.
  • Credit: A Store Credit will be issued for the Total Cost less $8.95 Shipping Fee (ONLY if your Original Order qualified for our Free Shipping). Store Credit is valid for 12 months. A Credit Code will be emailed out to you.

 

Sale Items

Your options are:
  • Exchange: Items can be exchange to the value of the Total Cost + $9.95 shipping fee will apply to have the items reposted back to you. You will not be eligible for Free Postage on your returned order.
  • Credit: A Store Credit will be issued for the Total Cost less $9.95 Shipping Fee (ONLY if your Original Order qualified for our Free Shipping). Store Credit is valid for 12 months. A Credit Code will be emailed out to you.

RETURNS - FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received your item and it is Faulty, then we are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
All Faulty Items do need to be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Please email hello@haloandhorns.com.au - and provide us with your Order Number, the item is faulty, and the fault on the item - please also include photos.
